HOUSE BILL NO. 100 by Representatives Coghill and Wilson,                                                                       
entitled:                                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
    "An Act repealing the exemption for certain ambulance or                                                                    
    emergency medical services provided by nonprofit medical                                                                    
    service corporations in laws, applicable to hospital and medical                                                            
    services corporations, which regulate prepaid hospital and medical                                                          
    services and the identification of subscribers by means of health
